THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so awful, it makes me want to cry. I've tried it a million instances, and it still doesn't work. The construction is pathetic, and the features are terrible. Honestly, I failed to grasp how they could sell thisthing without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I hoped I'd bought something usable instead. Sav
